The Talon skillfully attacks specific weak points on his enemies and restores his body with the help of his electrum enhancement

In his early life, William Cobb joined a circus to support his family thanks to his dexterous skills and the owner's offer.  In love and expecting a child, his future father-in-law rejected him due to his humble origins.  Heartbroken, Cobb accepted a new proposal from the circus owner:  to join the Court of Owls and be trained as a Talon.  Infused by an alloy called Electrum, he became a nearly-immortal master assassin for the Court.
