Captain Boomerang uses his namesake weapon to slow down and deal massive damage to his enemies.
Raised in a poor Australian Town, George "Digger" Harkness spent most of his time training his boomerang skills. After a fight with his stepfather, he was sent to America where he became Captain Boomerang, a toy company's promoter. He used this persona to start a life of crime and throw off his pursuers until he was caught by The Flash himself. After that, he was recruited as part of the Suicide Squad where he continued his mischievous behavior.
