With his wind manipulation powers, Red Tornado can alter the speed of his allies and enemies making them more vulnerable.
Red Tornado is an android created by the villainous scientist T.O. Morrow, and inhabited by the wind elemental Ulthoon, giving it incredible wind manipulation powers as well as incredible strength and speed. It was created to infiltrate the Justice Society of America but the plain failed, becoming a noble superhero. Despite its mechanical nature, Red Tornado likes to experience life like humans, raising a family and living a simple life.
