Ursa uses her skills on dealing devastating amounts of damage to her enemy while balancing her body and mind throughout the battle.
In her youth, Ursa was a proud military commander and the leader of the Black Zero unit. When she and Zod found out that the Kryptonian government wanted to silence the truth about Krypton's destruction, they started an insurrection that branded them as traitors to later be captured and sealed in the Phantom Zone. There Zod and Ursa had a son, Lor-Zod, who escaped and arrived on Earth, only to be taken under the care of Superman.
