Jesse Chambers became Jesse Quick thanks to the use of the Speed Force Formula, taught by her father Johnny Quick, and her super-strength inherited by her mother Liberty Bell. After studying the past of superheroes in Gotham University and managing her father's company, Quickstart Enterprises, she adopted her own super-heroine identity to fight back supervillain threats, combining the best of her parent's inherited skills.
