CAPTAIN BOOMERANG: AUSSIE MARKSMAN
Raised in a poor Australian town, George "Digger" Harkness spent most of his time training his boomerang skills. After a fight with his stepfather, he was sent to America where he became Captain Boomerang, a toy company's promoter. He used this persona to start a life of crime and throw off his pursuers until he was caught by The Flash himself. After that he was recruited as part of the Suicide Squad were he continued his mischievous behavior.
Captain Boomerang uses his namesake weapon to slow down and deal massive damage to his enemies.
HEAT WAVE: THE PYROMANIAC
Mick Rory was a hot-tempered and emotional farm boy that grew up outside of Central City. From a very young age, he was deeply interested in fire. His fascination turned into obsession when he burned his childhood home with his family still inside while he simply watched the flames devour everything. One day, after seeing The Rogues in action in Central City, he decided to use his pyromania to become the villain called Heat Wave.
Heat Wave uses fire to inflict bleeding wounds, protect his allies and heat up the battle to take actions faster.
CHEMO: THE DEATHLESS DOOM
Working to cure the world's ills, Prof Ramsey Norton would discard his failed chemical experiments in a disposal container in his lab. But Norton's failures resulted in one startling success - the creation of the lifeform known as Chemo. Whatever was in that container that brought the toxic sludge to life, the being that emerged has a rudimentary intelligence and aggressive nature that makes it a noxious menace.
Able to spew highly corrosive and toxic chemical attacks.
MIRROR MASTER: ROGUISH REFLECTION
With the amazing technology of the Mirror Master, Scottish mercenary and thief Evan McCulloch is a thorn in the side of the Flash. An unrepentant criminal, he cares little for life and is mainly concerned with his next score. Nevertheless, the stone-hearted rogue has a soft spot for the orphanage where he was raised. With access to the mirror realm through any reflective surface, Mirror Master always turns up where he's least expected.
Employs mirror-based technology that allow laser attacks and teleportation.
